Description & How To Play

【One Sentence Introduction】

I don't think anyone would say no to a role-playing game? In my case, I think this type of game is very immersive very cool. If you feel the same way, you can't miss the game I'm about to tell you about.

The game is called Transistor and was developed by Supergiant Games, LLC. The game may sound hard to understand, but taken literally, and it sounds like something a chemistry or physics class would use. This is a test player intelligence of excellent action RPG game production. In their second game, developer Supergiant has distilled the elements of success from the first film, fortress, into a battle that is so deep that every action in the new film becomes a life and death mystery.

General role-playing games will have a good story set, which is no exception. The story takes place at Cloudbank, a futuristic city of modern art. A redheaded singer named Red found a handful of the bizarre electric sword, also known as a transistor, near her friend's body. She picked up the mysterious sword and was surprised to find that it could speak and that its voice was identical to that of her recently deceased friend. More surprisingly, she was then chased by a team of robot assassins, The Process, who appeared to be targeting transistors. But who knows, maybe their real target is Red himself.

The game has a high degree of freedom to play; the game and the skills of those same traditional, installed on the active skills field can be used. However, you can also load the craft into the dynamic enhancement skill field and let the added skill have some of its abilities. You can also put your skills in the passive skills category to strengthen your ego. Of course, loading without moderation is impossible, and MEM limits the skill set because each skill requires MEM.

Because you cannot exceed the upper limit, the allocation of skills becomes significant learning, and you can refer to the percentage of other people. A limiter is an option to gain more experience at the expense of more difficulty. The type of limiter can be obtained through upgrading, a total of 10, the more disadvantageous limiter, the more experience. However, the game will not be easy to play when all the ten limiters are turned on, so be prepared.

And it has a pretty good grasp of the near future, with the term computer in the game a lot: a transistor, for example, is a solid semiconductor device in real life, often used as an amplifier or an electrically controlled switch. The transistors in the game are much larger than they are in real life, and the Camerata Group used them to assassinate the famous singer Red, but the plan failed when an unknown friend blocked them during the assassination attempt. Then the Transistor fell into Red's hands, and for some reason, the Transistor seemed to have the same voice and consciousness as an unknown friend.

As the process progressed, red gradually discovered Carmela's hidden agenda. In combat, the Transistor is semi real-time combat: in addition to the normal real-time combat, you can also press the space bar to Turn action. In Turn, you can plan Red's next move, and when confirmed, red will proceed multiple times the speed you set. In Turn, the process will not act and attack, and only the post-upgrade process will have some impact on Turn, so you can rest assured planning.

Although there is no time limit, there is a limit to the number of action points. The longer the release of skills, the more action consumption. Turn it takes a while to recharge it before being used again. This charge will not work except in conjunction with the Jaunt Ability. It is best to find a way to avoid enemy attacks. You can experience the tension and excitement of the real-time battle, but also in Turn to find a sense of strategy. Other issues to consider in combat are gathering core to avoid enemy resurrection, which is a high threat, and you need to end it first. Backstab, or cloaked attack will add skill damage, use bunkers to avoid ranged damage from the process.

Overall, this is an exciting game, and I think everyone should try to download it. It has a good grasp of the near future. It has been used in games as a term for computers: a transistor, for example, is a solid semiconductor device, often used as an amplifier or an electrically controlled switch.

Editor's Review

Transistor is a very artistic game. The story is full of cyberpunk pessimism. My character RED loses voice after being attacked by a mysterious organization, and my friend is stabbed to death by a sword called Transistor. In order to seek revenge and solve the mystery, I have to embark on an adventure. The whole story is not slow but coherent.

Unlike other games, the screen of the Transistor with beautiful science fiction fairy style, each scene screen is amazing, light and tone collocation is very well. In addition, exquisite European architectural style and sci-fi skills special effects, I can’t help but appreciate. Bwt, it's hard to imagine what I've experienced in an RPG game.

It is worth mentioning that the combat system is excellent, and all skills have different attributes, with active, auxiliary, and passive effects that can be combined at will, the effects are also varied. In short, Transistor is extremely playable.

As a game that resonates and makes you think, I believe the transistor will bring you more surprises and experiences than you would expect.
